・No reservation is required for lunch or cake, but if you have a preferred menu, please let us know when making your reservation.

・We prepare afternoon tea so that it can be served fresh. We cannot speed up the food if you arrive earlier than the scheduled time, so we ask for your cooperation in arriving on time.

-Similarly, if you arrive early, there may be other customers ahead of you. We would appreciate it if you could either wait in another seat until your time, or, especially if you have reserved a sofa seat, please try to arrive on time.

・For afternoon tea, we regret to inform you that if you cancel within 3 days, a cancellation fee of 30% will be charged.
